This long expanse of sandy beach is found 3 miles south of the town of Bude (car needed), and is an extremely scenic Blue Flag beach with a variety of cafes and restaurants close by. It is dog-free during peak season (although you can walk you favourite hounds on the nearby beach of Black Rock) and is perfect for rockpooling, as well as surfing and bodyboarding.
Surf sessions are available here all year round but pre-booking is essential outside of peak season.
