SUP Yoga or Paddleboard Yoga is a truly mindful experience. Most importantly, it is aimed at all abilities so no prior experience in either paddleboarding or yoga is required. However, if you are a dedicated practitioner, our instructor Emma can develop your practise at your level.
These early morning sessions are designed to immerse you in nature, to take you away from the chaos of your busy life, and spend some time on yourself, while the world is waking. Paddling out to a quiet spot, you will then start your practise.
We meet at our trailer near the Bude Tourist Information Centre.
You will need yoga/comfortable clothes with swimwear underneath and any medication.
